AN ACT expiring funds to the unappropriated balance in the state fund, general revenue, for the fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of June, two thousand, in the amount of two million one hundred fifty nine thousand dollars from the board of risk and insurance management - premium tax savings fund, fund 2367, fiscal year 2000, organization 0218.

WHEREAS, The Legislature finds that the account balance in the board of risk and insurance management - premium tax savings fund, fund 2367, fiscal year 2000, organization 0218, will exceed that which is necessary for the purposes for which the account was established; therefore
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the balance of funds available for expenditure in the fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of June, two thousand, to the board of risk and insurance management - premium tax savings fund, fund 2367, fiscal year 2000, organization 0218, be decreased by expiring the amount of two million one hundred fifty nine thousand dollars to the unappropriated balance of the state fund, general revenue, tobe be available for appropriation during the fiscal year two thousand2000.total appropriation for the fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred ninety-nine, to fund 0226, fiscal year 1999, organization 0221, be supplemented and amended by increasing the total appropriation by one million dollars as follows:
The purpose of this bill is to expire the sum of two million dollars two million one hundred fifty nine thousand dollars from the public service commission, afund 09268623, fiscal year 12000, organization 0926 board of risk and insurance management - premium tax savings fund, fund 2367, fiscal year 2000, organization 0218, to tehe unappropriated balance in the state fund, general revenue, for the fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of JuneJune, two thousand , to be available for approprationappropriation during the fiscal year two thousand2000. h

Any unexpended balance remaining in the appropriation for Appointed Counsel Fees and Public Defender Corporations (R) - Surplus (fund 0226, activity 237), at the close of fiscal year 1999 is hereby reappropriated for expenditure during the fiscal year 2000.
The purpose of this bill is to supplement this account in the budget act for fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred ninety-nine, by adding one million two hundred seventy-one thousand dollars to an existing appropriation for expenditure during the fiscal year one thousand nine hundred ninety-nine.
